Become an R3 Member
The River Rat Rewards (R3) program membership is open to individuals in the 48 contiguous United 
States at least 18 years of age who provide and maintain a valid email address. Resellers may not 
participate in the River Rat Rewards (R3) program. By joining the Program, you represent that you 
are at least 18 years of age or older, and by using this Program, you agree that you have read and 
agree to all the rules of this Program. You expressly agree to provide and maintain a valid email address
and to keep RIVER RAT MOTORSPORTS informed of any changes to your email address. Your
Membership is nontransferable and is subject to present and future program rules. By 
participating in the River Rat Rewards (R3) Program, you agree to receive advertising, marketing 
materials, and other communications from RIVER RAT MOTORSPORTS.

Participation in the Rewards Program is subject to the program rules, regulations, policies, and 
procedures (“Program Rules”) that RIVER RAT MOTORSPORTS may, at its discretion, adopt from time to 
time. RIVER RAT MOTORSPORTS may amend or resolve the Program Rules or any aspect of the Program at 
any time without notice. RIVER RAT MOTORSPORTS has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the 
Program Rules.

River Rat Rewards (R3) Points

As a member of the River Rat Rewards (R3) program, you will receive points, which are subject to 
change at any time. To accumulate points for purchases, you must create a River Rat Rewards (R3) 
account and purchase parts, accessories, or services from RIVER RAT MOTORSPORTS after August 31st, 
2020, from an authorized River Rat Motorsports dealer in Arizona. Points will post to your River 
Rat Rewards (R3) account immediately after each purchase. You cannot give or transfer your 
Membership, membership benefits, points, or reward certificates to anyone else.

The River Rat Rewards (R3) program is subject to modification, cancellation, or limitation at RIVER 
RAT MOTORSPORTS’s discretion, with or without notice. The number of points required to redeem any 
reward may be substantially increased or decreased, any reward may be withdrawn, and restrictions 
on any reward or reward redemption may be imposed at any time.

*Once you redeem your points for a qualifying product and the product has shipped or been otherwise 
delivered, the product is yours. This action renders the points redeemed, and these redeemed points 
will not be reinstated. Redeemed products will be serviced under the applicable terms of their 
respective warranty, which begins on its shipment date.

Points are only redeemable for select RIVER RAT MOTORSPORTS products purchased from an authorized 
RIVER RAT MOTORSPORTS dealer in Arizona. Points expire after two years. It is the sole 
responsibility of the River Rat Rewards (R3) program members to check the accuracy of the quantity 
of their points. Not all products purchased qualify for reward points. Bonus points may be 
available from time to time for the purchase of specific products and or promotions. If a R3 
Rewards member is purchasing for a company, an authorized corporate officer of the company must 
submit a letter of approval for the member to acquire R3 Rewards point for the company on official 
company letterhead and signed.

Where you live in the United States will determine if you are responsible for any applicable taxes 
based on applicable federal, state, or local laws. Points earned and rewards redeemed through River 
Rat Rewards (R3) Program may be subject to tax liability. Any tax liability and obligation to 
disclose the receipt of points or rewards is your sole responsibility.

Non-Qualifying Purchases
The following items are considered non-qualifying purchases for which points will not be awarded: 
Purchases made before August 30, 2020 pre-orders at the time of deposit (the points will be awarded 
at the time of final payment or at the time the product is picked up), purchases made for resale, 
discounted floor stock, discontinued products, restocked and refurbished products, any products 
received as FREE from RIVER RAT MOTORSPORTS or any RIVER RAT MOTORSPORTS dealer, redemption, 
contest or giveaway, RIVER RAT MOTORSPORTS Professional products, and any RIVER RAT MOTORSPORTS 
sold product not purchased from an authorized RIVER RAT MOTORSPORTS dealer. For purposes of these 
Terms and Conditions, the phrase “purchases” means purchases less returns.

Membership Expiration, Cancellation, and Termination
Memberships may be canceled at any time by notifying Member Services by email. Cancellation may 
take from 6 to 8 weeks to finalize. Upon cancellation, your Membership will be inactivated. If your 
Membership is revoked, any points in your account will automatically be removed.
In the case of fraud or abuse involving the Rewards Program, point credit or reward issuance, RIVER 
RAT MOTORSPORTS has the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including but not limited to 
revocation/cancellation of any reward and/or program account(s) closed.

In situations involving errors or misuse of the Program, we specifically reserve the right to 
freeze an account and stop future redemption of reward points issued to those accounts. RIVER RAT 
MOTORSPORTS reserves the right to terminate your Membership for any reason or no reason and at its 
sole discretion.

Wholesale Customers/ Dealers / Tax Exempt
Wholesale customers, dealers, or any other tax-exempt entity are expressly excluded from the 
Program. If you purchase items for resale, we reserve the right not to award points, to deduct 
improperly awarded points, to invalidate improperly issued reward certificates issued from such 
accounts, as well as to terminate the Membership and decline to permit anyone associated with the 
resale activity or the account to enroll in River Rat Rewards (R3) or any RIVER RAT MOTORSPORTS 
loyalty program. We have sole discretion over whether to deem any purchase a “purchase for resale.”

Participation Exclusions
RIVER RAT MOTORSPORTS employees and their respective parents, subsidiaries, franchisees, 
advertising, and promotions agencies, affiliated companies, sponsors, vendors, and the immediate 
family members of and members of the households of such employees are not eligible to participate 
in the River Rat Rewards (R3) program.

General Program Information
RIVER RAT MOTORSPORTS has the right to terminate the Rewards Program at any time for any reason or 
no reason and with or without notice. In that event, the right to earn points and redeem rewards 
will end immediately, regardless of the extent of your participation in the Rewards Program. RIVER 
RAT MOTORSPORTS may terminate the Rewards Program, in whole or in part, effective immediately in 
any jurisdiction(s) if required to do so by applicable law.
Eligibility to participate in the River Rat Rewards (R3) Program, including but not limited to; any 
rewards that may have been earned and in process, may be revoked or suspended at RIVER RAT 
MOTORSPORTS’s sole discretion if a participant fails to pay any amounts due to RIVER RAT 
MOTORSPORTS or its affiliates. The awarding of points and the redemption of rewards are void where 
prohibited by law.
RIVER RAT MOTORSPORTS has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the River Rat Rewards (R3) 
Program Rules, and all questions or disputes regarding these River Rat Rewards (R3) Program Rules 
will be resolved by RIVER RAT MOTORSPORTS in its sole discretion. RIVER RAT MOTORSPORTS reserves 
the right to make changes to its website and these disclaimers, terms, and conditions at any time. 
It is your responsibility to check or review these terms and conditions from time to time to keep 
informed of any changes.

Applicable Law
The River Rat Rewards (R3) Program is created and controlled by RIVER RAT MOTORSPORTS in the State 
of Arizona in Mohave County, U.S.A. As such, the laws of the State of Arizona will govern these 
disclaimers, terms, and conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. 
You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in the Mohave County, Arizona, 
in all disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the Program.
